Shelton Police arrested a man for sexually assaulting a minor on Tuesday, Aug. 30.
Peter Kruzynski, 49, of Shelton was arrested following a complaint taken from a juvenile victim who stated he was sexually assaulted by Kruzynski when he was 12 years old. The juvenile victim stated that Kruzynski took nude photographs of him then “coerced” him to continue having sex with him for years or he would post the photos on the internet, according to police. The juvenile victim also stated Kruzynski used his status as an attorney to manipulate the victim into continuing to have sex with him.
Kruzynski was arrested and charged with sexual assault 1st, sexual assault 2nd, sexual assault 4th, two counts of risk of injury and impairing morals of a minor and coercion.
He posted a $75,000 court set bond and was arraigned at Derby Superior court on Aug. 31.
Kruzynski has been licensed for 22 years and practices out of his own law office on Howe Avenue in Shelton. He specializes in litigation; banks and banking; collections; commercial law; bankruptcy; and insurance defense cases.
