Luis Angel Colon of Bridgeport was arrested and charged with second degree larceny on Oct. 31. Colon’s bond was set at $2,500 and he is set to appear in court Nov. 13.

Nicoletta Roach of Shelton was arrested and charged with evading responsibility and failure to obey a traffic control signal on Oct. 30. Roach’s bond was set at $1,000 and she is set to appear in court Nov.14.

William Marchetti of Shelton was arrested and charged with sixth degree larceny and the issuing of a bad check on Oct. 28. Marchetti’s bond was set at $1,000 and he appeared in court Oct. 31.

Chandra Lynam-habrecht of Shelton was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and failure to drive right on Oct. 28. Her bond was set at $1,000 and she is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 8.

Andrew Weisz of Seymour was arrested and charged with second degree failure to appear. His bond was set at $10,000 and he appeared in court Oct. 28.

Rihanna Sabbagh of Shelton was arrested and charged with second degree breach of peace. Sabbagh’s was released without bond and will appear in court Nov.10.

Nicholas Phaneuf-micanoic of Norwich was arrested and charged with interfering with an officer,  sixth degree larceny, and third degree burglary on Oct. 27. His bond was set at $3,000 and he will appear in court on Nov. 10.

Kyle Tomasko of Shelton was arrested and charged with illegal possession of and use of drug paraphernalia on Oct. 26. Tomasko’s bond was set at $1,000 ad is due in court on Nov. 9.

Jamie Wells of Southbury was arrested and charged with third degree assault and third degree reckless endangerment on Oct. 26. Wells’ bond was set at $2,000 and he appeared in court Oct. 31.

Kenny Xavier Tapia was arrested and charged with third degree burglary, sixth degree larceny, and second degree criminal mischief. His bond was set at $25,000 and appeared in court Oct. 26.

Jamie Ortiz of Derby was arrested and charged with third degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct on Oct. 25. Ortiz’s bond was set at $1,000 and he appeared in court Oct. 25.
