Obituary: Joseph Cosco, 103, of Trumbull, formerly of Shelton

Joseph Cosco, 103, of Trumbull, formerly of Shelton, worked for more than 50 years as a sewing machine operator, husband of the late Concetta Cosco, died Nov. 11, at Maefair Health Center.

Born in Catanzaro, Calabria, Italy; U.S. Army sergeant, World War II veteran.

Survived by two daughters, Anna Stupak and Teresa Cosco Mazzone, both of Shelton, and a granddaughter, Jennifer Stupak, two great granddaughters, Gianna and Alexia and his sister-in-law, Lucy Fittante of New Hampshire as well as many nieces, and nephews.

Also predeceased by brothers, Giaquinto and Luigi Cosco, granddaughter, Melissa Montuori and sons-in-law, Joseph Stupak and Gary Mazzone.

Burial: St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford.
