Boys lacrosse: Shelton defeats Lewis Mills

The Shelton High boys lacrosse team beat Lewis Mills High of Burlington, 9-2, on Thursday.

Casey Brennan had six goals for the Gaels, Matt Rice added two goals and Nick Pavone had one marker. Pavone had four assists, Rice two and Brennan and Timothy Higgins one apiece.

Tim Schiffer made 10 saves in the cage for Shelton.
