New Woodlands apartment mid-rise inks fitness tenants
Two fitness tenants have signed up for retail space on the ground floor of Two Lakes Edge, a multifamily project of The Howard Hughes Corp. in The Woodlands.
The Two Lakes Edge apartment mid-rise is set to open in Hughes Landing in The Woodlands this spring. StretchLab, a stretching studio, will occupy 1,519 square feet, while Row House, a rowing studio, will occupy 2,197 square feet. They will be joined by other tenants, including a restaurant, on the ground level of the 386-unit development.
“These national-brand businesses will offer convenient health and wellness options for our residents, office users and visitors - all within the beautiful, walkable setting of Hughes Landing,” Rip Reynolds, vice president of leasing and commercial land for the developer, said in an announcement.
Pre-leasing will begin in the first quarter for Two Lakes Edge, which is located on the 200-acre Lake Woodlands. Apartment units will average 997 square feet. The development will also offer studio micro-units and one-, two- and three-bedroom plans.
Hughes Landing has retail and dining at Restaurant Row, an Embassy Suites by Hilton, Lakes Edge Boat House and office space. The first multifamily project, One Lakes Edge, is 94 percent occupied.
