Grammy-nominated musician GIV?\u2019ON will be making his way to College Street Music Hall during his "Give Or Take Tour" Aug. 17. The "Heartbreak Anniversary" singer will be joined by\u00a0California singer-songwriter Fana Hues and R&B singer Saleka. GIV?\u2019ON released his third album "Give Or Take" on June 24 and recently performed at the BET Awards Sunday. The album features over 16 tracks and he told Rolling Stone he wanted listeners to focus solely on his voice. "I wanted to limit the sounds. I kind of wanted it to be more bare and let my voice shine through," he said. The seven-time Grammy-nominated singer is known for his hits, "Heartbreak Anniversary," "All to Me" and his latest single, "Lie Again," as well as his 2020 collaboration with Drake, \u201cChicago Freestyle\u201d and 2021 song, "Peaches" with Justin Bieber and Daniel Caesar. He made headlines after his performance at the BET Awards show after viral videos showed him facing technical issues and not quite landing all the notes in his song. During a Jimmy Fallon interview Tuesday, he cleared up what happened with his microphone. Fallon gave GIV?\u2019ON an auto-tuned microphone\u00a0which changed his voice, poking fun at what happened saying, "BET did not sabotage me." He also reacted to the tweets saying, \u201cNot @BET sabotaging my mic... @LilNasX I get it!!!!" New Haven is the second stop out of 40 during the "Give Or Take Tour" and tickets are currently available.
