The National Weather Service (NWS) is now predicting 1 to 3 inches of snow is likely to fall in Shelton on Sunday night.
The snow could continue until about 9 a.m. on Monday, leading to a messy morning commute.
There’s also a chance for a wintry mix on Tuesday night and Wednesday, with temperatures expected to reach into the low 40s during the day on Wednesday, the NWS said.
As of 12:30 p.m. on Friday, it’s 24 degrees in Shelton and sunny.

Monday: Snow could continue until 9 a.m., then gradually should become sunny. A high near 35, dropping to 17 at night.
Tuesday: Mostly cloudy with a high near 32. Chance of snow and freezing rain at night, with a low of 20.
Wednesday: Chance of snow and rain, changing to rain at night. A daytime high around 42 and nighttime low of 29.
