Born Aug. 16, 2017, she is the daughter of Nikki and Willie Concepcion. Her mother says Skylar “loves her Bengal cat, Rocco, who she calls “Coco.” Skylar “loves to watch Trolls and play with Play-Doh and especially slime. She loves to read books at night with mommy and daddy and loves to go shopping at the stores with mommy,” her mother added.
