FARMINGTON — Connecticut State Police on Wednesday announced they have arrested a Southington driver involved in a deadly multi-vehicle crash last year on Interstate 84.
Sean Jackson, 57, turned himself in Monday on charges of two counts of negligent homicide with a motor vehicle, speeding, failure to drive in the proper lane, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and failure to renew his registration. His bond was set at $50,000 and he is due to appear in court on Feb. 3.
