A state judicial marshal has been charged with larceny for an alleged action that occurred while performing his duties at state Superior Court in Derby. Michael Healy, 56, of Kent Street in Naugatuck, was arrested May 9 for sixth-degree larceny. Healy turned himself in to State Police Troop I in Bethany based on an active arrest warrant. His bond was $500. The offense occurred on the morning of April 24 at Derby Superior Court, \u201cwhile in his capacity as a judicial marshal,\u201d according to a State Police summary document on the arrest. \u201cThe accused was processed in accordance with Connecticut State Police policy and procedure without incident,\u201d stated the release. Healy is scheduled to appear May 15 in state Superior Court in Waterbury on the charge.
