DiMatteo Group makes two new hires
DiMatteo Group recently hired Lisa Casalini, of Oxford, as a personal lines account manager and Natalie-Jean Rosa, of Bridgeport, as a personal lines assistant.
In her new position, Casalini is a liaison for claims, endorsements and billing issues for DiMatteo Group’s personal lines clients. She provides customer service to the firm’s personal lines clients and assists them in making appropriate insurance decisions for their individual needs.
Prior to joining DiMatteo Group, Casalini spent eight years as an insurance agent in property and automotive insurance. At her last agency, she was the top customer-service provider in 2014 and she received the Connecticut Magazine Five Star Insurance Professional Award in 2015. She is a graduate of Western Connecticut State University, with a bachelor's of degree in social science.
In her new position, Rosa provides assistance to DiMatteo Group’s personal lines account managers. Her responsibilities include maintaining the group’s incoming personal lines insurance policies; preparing certificates of insurance; and working with the firm’s vast variety of insurance companies regarding insurance claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Rosa spent nearly 10 years working in various customer service-related positions for organizations in Bronx, N.Y., most recently as lead receptionist for Professional Brokerage Insurance Co. She is a certified medical biller and coder.
