Shelton resident named Sikorsky Financial Credit Union president
Vincent Ciambriello of Shelton has been named president and chief executive officer of Sikorsky Financial Credit Union (SFCU) by the organization’s board of directors.
Ciambriello has been executive vice president and chief operations officer as well as, for the past year, serving as acting president. He was appointed to the acting president’s position when Thomas J. Williams retired after 45 years of service.

Ciambriello previously was executive leader of the retail delivery, IT, marketing and strategic planning areas at SFCU, an organization with $683 million in assets.
'Providing the best financial products'
“It is a privilege and honor to be selected to lead Sikorsky Financial Credit Union,” he said. “I look forward to continuing our commitment of providing our members with the best financial products.”
Ciambriello holds an MBA in finance and has been designated CCE (Certified Chief Executive) by the CUES Executive Management program.
