Dr. Mark Melendez, a cosmetic and reconstructive surgeon, has opened an office at 4 Corporate Drive, Suite 288. \u201cThis is a special day,\u201d he said while thanking family members, co-workers, friends, guests and others at the opening. Lauretti praised Melendez for opening a new office and recognizing Shelton\u2019s strong business environment, while thanking developer Robert Scinto for his role in expanding the city\u2019s tax base. Volunteers his services Previously, Melendez had shared office space with some other physicians in the same building, while he was waiting for his new office to be completed. He also has medical offices in Greenwich and Woodbridge.
