Bridgeport Hospital will offer a series of Quit Smart smoking cessation classes Thursday, May 22; Wednesday, June 4; Wednesday, June 11; and Thursday, June 19, 6-7 p.m., in the Administration Conference Room at the hospital, 267 Grant St. Fee is $75. Overeaters self-help group
Overeaters Anonymous is a 12-Step self-help group for compulsive overeaters. The group meets every Sunday, 8:45-9:45 a.m., at St. Vincent’s Hospital, 2800 Main Street, Bridgeport, in the Seton Room on Level C.
