Best-selling author drops by Shelton

Above, author Steve Berry, who has sold 18 million books, signs a copy of his new novel “The Lincoln Myth” for John Wiehn during an appearance in Shelton to raise money for the Friends of the Shelton Libraries, a nonprofit organization.

More than 100 people heard Berry speak about the book, his writing career and related issues at the Hyatt House hotel on Bridgeport Avenue.

Margaret Keating, a librarian in Waterbury who attended the event, called Berry “an excellent writer and researcher who keeps you on the edge of your seat.”
