Coping with loss during the holidays
VITAS Healthcare — the nation’s leading provider of end-of-life care — will be hosting a workshop, Coping With Loss During The Holidays, for grieving families Nov. 18, from noon to 1:30 or 5:30 to 7 p.m., at the VITAS Office, 99 Hawley Lane second floor, Stratford.
The VITAS bereavement team will explore ways to cope with loss and find hope during the holiday season. Light meals will be provided during both sessions.
These workshops are free of charge and open to adults 18 years and older from Fairfield County.
