Flags to be raised again Monday in CT
Governor Dannel P. Malloy is directing flags in Connecticut to return to full-staff at sunset on Monday, Aug. 18.
Flags have been flying at half-staff in honor of Staff Sgt. Ronald Patterson Jr. of Bridgeport, who was killed on Aug. 8, in a motor vehicle accident while on a routine transport of training material.

The same accident seriously injured Sgt. 1st Class Kayla Anne Downey, 31, of Shelton.
