Girl Scouts to begin cookie booth sales

Girl Scouts across Connecticut will host cookie booths at a variety of locations from Nov. 2 to 10, enabling cookie lovers to stock up for the holidays.

In many places, this will include booths near polling places on Election Day, Nov. 5.

Many booths will offer customers the opportunity to purchase cookies for the Cookies for Heroes Gift of Caring program, in which the cookies are delivered to U.S. armed services members serving overseas and at home.
