‘Upbeat and danceable music’
For more than 16 years, the Highland Rovers have played at Irish pubs, theaters, casinos, festivals, clubs and private functions — including Shea Stadium — throughout the New York metropolitan area and along the Eastern seaboard.
The music group fuses popular rock, bagpipes, fiddle and vocal harmonies. The band’s “multi-layered, upbeat and danceable music showcases their universal, appeal to both mainstream modern rock lovers and culturally diverse audiences searching for a distinct Celtic flavor,” according to the band’s website (highlandrovers.com).

The Highland Rovers have performed with top Irish artists such as the Saw Doctors, Young Dubliners, The Wolfetones, Tommy Makem and The Spain Brothers, Derrick Warfield, Bad Haggis, and The Prodigals. Band members also have performed numerous shows with their longtime friends and mentors, the Marshall Tucker Band
The band has produced five albums, with its most current CD being, “Live ... From County Fairfield.”
