Stay & Play/Family Place, an open play date for preschoolers and caregivers will take place Friday, March 1 at 10:30 a.m. at Plumb Memorial Library in Shelton.
Adults can chat over coffee or tea, with juice provided for youngsters. Bring a snack and a friend.
Guest Tad Duni will shares current information on routine physical activity and better nutrition for pre-school children and their families. Duni attended Columbia University to study movement sciences, therapeutic exercise and clinical nutrition. He has a master’s degree in applied physiology and public health.
