The AMA award is given to clubs for their contributions to aero-modeling and the community. The Shelton-based White Hills Eagles Club is marking its 10th anniversary, and is involved with community service projects with scout troops and other organizations.

The club maintains a flying field for its remote control aircraft in the White Hills neighborhood and meets regularly at the Shelton Community Center.
