\u00a0 The initial musical line-up for the 2013 Gathering of the Vibes music, arts and camping festival have been released. This year\u2019s Vibes will take place July 25 to 28 at Seaside Park in Bridgeport. Among the more than 40 performers will be Phil Lesh & Friends (Lesh is Grateful Dead bassist); The Black Crowes; the Grammy-winning Tedeschi Trucks Band with Susan Tedeschi and Derek Trucks; and the house band from TV\u2019s \u201cLate Night with Jimmy Fallon.\u201d Other musicians Also appearing will be: \u2014The Roots \u2014Grace Potter & The Nocturnals \u2014John Butler Trio (from Australia) \u2014Funky Meters (New Orleans funk) \u2014Railroad Earth (Americana new-grass rockers) \u2014John Scofield (jazz) \u2014Fishbone (punk\/ska) \u2014Lukas Nelson & The Promise of the Real (Lukas is Willie Nelson\u2019s son) \u2014Ryan Montbleau Band \u2014Deep Banana Blackout (funk) \u2014Cosmic Jibaros (Latin rock) Keeping it \u2018diverse and current\u2019 \u201cOur 2013 lineup is a result of sorting through thousands of comments and surveys responses; we hope to deliver an experience that keeps our core fans happy while remaining diverse and current,\u201d commented Ken Hays, festival founder. \u201cIt\u2019s a model and approach that works for us.\u201d Musicians will perform on multiple stages.
