Pups Without Partners is having its 19th anniversary picnic on Sunday, Sept. 28 from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. at Booth Memorial Park, 5800 Main St., Stratford.

Pups Without Partners arranges adoptions for former greyhound racing dogs.

Bring chairs and a blanket. The park has a big grassy area. All well-behaved dogs are welcome (but no flexible leads).

Hamburgers, hot-dogs, sandwiches and salads will be provided. Vendors, silent auction, costume contest and games will all be part of the fun.

Admission is $12, with children ages 5 and younger free.
