Shelton Day on Sunday attracted a big crowd, helped by perfect early fall weather. (Photos by Brad Durrell)
People walked up and down Howe Avenue visiting food vendors and booths highlighting local businesses and organizations during the annual street fair.
There were about 140 booths at Shelton Day this year. The event is organized by the Derby-Shelton Rotary Club and helps raise money for the service club’s community projects and scholarship programs.
Thousands of people attended during the course of the six-hour outdoor celebration.
