Shelton library to offer free college planning lessons

Families are seeking help untangling advice on dealing with paying for college and now is the best time to start.
On Wednesday, Sept. 17 at 7 p.m., the College Guys are offering a session on “How to Pay for College.”
Tom Polowy and Vincent Winans of Valark Financial Services will share insights in their free seminar for families, grandparents and teens. Providing strategies, the two will offer answers to questions on one of a family’s largest investments.
