Shelton students help wounded veterans

Mark MacDaniel and Augie Mantone held a Dress Down Day at St. Joseph’s School in Shelton in support of wounded veterans.

The two fourth grade students also organized a bake sale at their school and sold camouflage wristbands and camouflage pencils in support of wounded veterans.

Mark and Augie, along with the students and faculty of St. Joseph’s School, raised $300 from the Dress Down Day and bake sale.

The boys are seen in this picture with Al Meadows from Operation Gift Card and Victoria Rossi, the school principal.
