Shelton High School (SHS) sophomore Faith Tremblay and her mother, in conjunction with the SHS cheerleaders, have scheduled a Stuff-a-Bus for her community service project.

The event will take place at SHS on Wednesday, Dec. 12, with all monetary donations and new unwrapped toys donated to Yale New Haven Children’s Hospital Toy Closet. Everyone is encouraged to bring a new unwrapped toy or monetary donation to the SHS bocce courts between 7:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

Several guests will be on campus this day as both the radio and television stations are supporting the drive. KC101 afternoon DJ, Adam Rivers and 2015 American Idol winner Nick Fradiani will be at the drive between 7 and 10:30 a.m. and then News Channel 8 traffic reporter Alyssa Taglia and Miss CT 2018 Bridget Oei will be on site from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The bus, donated by Durham, will be staged with an enclosed trailer by the bocce courts.
