TONIGHT: Shelton adults invited to STEM workshop
A workshop to help teachers and parents engage curious preschoolers through science and math is planned for Thursday, May 28.
The STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) workshop for adults will be at 6:30 p.m. at Plumb Memorial Library, 65 Wooster St.
Kim Gugliotti, math specialist for the Shelton public schools, will share tips about the “whys” of science, through play. Parents and others will learn it's never too early for children to start STEM education.
The event is sponsored by the Shelton School Readiness Council. Registration is required at email@example.com.
