The dean of the Yale Divinity School will begin this year\u2019s lecture series at Huntington United Methodist Church, 338 Walnut Tree Hill Road. Gregory Sterling will speak Sunday, Oct. 6 at 6 p.m. The lectures, which continue every Sunday in October at the same time, are free and open to the public. Speakers will be professors from Yale University and Fairfield University. A question-and-answer period and light reception will follow each lecture. The goal of the talks is to unite important scholarly reflection with applicable insights for people who are seeking to live a thoughtful faith, according to publicity material.
