On Sunday night after 11 p.m., Echo Hose Company No. 1 responded to the area of 215 Bridgeport Ave. for a head-on motor vehicle accident.
Echo Hose Car 3 arrived on scene and reported a two-car motor vehicle accident with heavy damage. Engine 2 arrived shortly after.
Fire crews secured the hazards and stayed on scene to light up the area for the Shelton Police Department, Echo Hose reported on its Facebook page.
