The Shelton Police Department made the following arrests: Larceny Catherine Brown, 70, of 11 Winthrop Avenue, New Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and fourth-degree larceny on Aug. 9 at Walmart, 465 Bridgeport Avenue. Bond was $2,500. \u2014 Courtney Beth Stoner, 31, of 10 Holbrook Court, Ansonia, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny on Aug. 6. Bond was $500. \u2014 Stephanie Islas, 19, of 161 Sherwood Avenue, Bridgeport, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on Aug. 6 at Walmart, 465 Bridgeport Avenue. Bond was $500. \u2014 Krystalle Noemi Ortiz, 22, of 44 Chester Street, Milford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny on Aug. 6. Bond was $500. Motor vehicle charges Ralph Steven LaFrance, 49, of 158 Washington Avenue, West Haven, was charged with evading responsibility, failure to drive right and operating a vehicle while registration of license is refused, suspended or revoked. Bond was $1,000. Breach of peace Helen Teresa Overton, 51, of 10 6th Street, Derby, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer on Aug. 7. Bond was $500. DUI Nicholas Gardner Coppola, 21, of 100 Beardsley Road, Shelton, was charged with driving under the influence and failure to drive right on Aug. 3. Bond was $500.
