Shelton police look for suspicious man from bus stop incident

On Tuesday, Jan. 21, the Shelton Police Department responded to the White Hills area for a reported suspicious activity complaint.

A 17-year-old female reported that she was walking to her bus stop just before 7 a.m. and noticed a white Nissan drive by her.

The female got to her bus stop and the same white Nissan stopped next to her, and the driver told her the bus had already come and offered her a ride to school.

The 17-year-old refused and the male offered a few more times before driving away.

Older, heavy-set white male

The male driver is described as an older, heavy-set white male. Police checked the area, but were unable to locate the vehicle.
