A 34-year-old man was arrested Monday after he allegedly stuck his finger in his mouth, and put it in a 4-year-old boy's ear. The incident occurred in the waiting room of a Center Street business police said. Police reports said that Michael Migani, whose address was listed as homeless, was confronted by the mother of the 4-year-old and the staff of the business after the alleged incident. Reports said Migani fled in his vehicle, and was later stopped by police. Migani was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree reckless endangerment. He was released on a $500 bond.
