Shelton Police made the following arrests: Assault Fernando Dias, 45, of 39 Huntington Heights, Shelton, was charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and injury\/risk of injury\/impairing morals of a minor on Sept. 12. Bond was $10,000. Drug paraphernalia Robert Ancefsky, 49, of 247 Beardsley Road, Shelton, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 11. Protective order Wayne Kichar, 59, of 49 Maple Lane, Shelton, was charged with criminal violation of a protective order on Sept. 11. Bond was $10,000. Failure to appear Anthony Steven Kichar, 27 of 11 David Humphrey Road, Derby, was charged with second-degree failure to appear on Sept. 11. Bond was $1,500. \u2014 William Salvatore Tortora, 54, of 31 Cranston Avenue, Shelton, was charged with second-degree failure to appear on Sept. 10. Bond was $1,000. \u2014 Lee J. Scianna, 48, of 163 Derby Avenue, Seymour, was charged with two counts of first-degree failure to appear and one count of second-degree failure to appear on Sept. 10. Bond was $30,000. Breach of peace Francisco Zapata, 18, of 169 Myrtle Street, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening and third-degree assault on Sept. 10. He was charged after an incident at Shelton High School involving the security guard, police said. Zapata became combative and made comments that were interpreted as threats, reports allege. Bond was $500. \u2014 Michael Peter Galian, 66, of 14 Downs Road, Stevenson, was charged with second-degree breach of peace on Sept. 8. Bond was $500. Disorderly George Perduta, 57, of 81 Crooked Brook Lane, Kensington, was charged with disorderly conduct on Sept. 8. Bond was $500.
