Shelton police made the following arrests: Larceny Chuck Jammal, 29, of 22 Corn Stone, Derby, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear on Nov. 22. Bond was $995.\u2014Rafael Febus, 33, of 806 Huntington Road, Bridgeport, was charged with fourth-degree larceny on Nov. 18. Bond was $5,000. Criminal mischief Francisco Antonio Soares, 23, of 319 Union Avenue, Bridgeport, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief on Nov. 21. Bond was $500. Breach of peace Amanda Franco, 28, of 22 Forest Road, Wallingford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace on Nov. 20. Paraphernalia Sandra Mutascio, 53, of 195 Howe Avenue, Shelton, was charged with improper parking, use of drug paraphernalia and operating while registration of license is refused, suspended or revoked on Nov. 19. Violation Maria Zade, 32, of 42 Henry Avenue, Pitsfield, Mass., was charged with two counts of violation of conditions of release in the first degree and first-degree criminal trespass on Nov. 19. Bond was $35,000. Assault Antwon Oliver, 40, of 59 Ellsworth Street, West Haven, was charged with third-degree assault, third-degree assault of an elderly, blind, disabled, mentally retarded or pregnant person, second-degree reckless endangerment, sixth-degree larceny, disorderly conduct and operating a vehicle while registration of license is refused\/suspended\/revoked on Nov. 18. Bond was $20,000.\u2014Savannah Prezioso, 28, of 168 Birmingham Street, Shelton, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct on Nov. 17. Failure to appear Gordon J. Palmieri, 32, of 1 Hillside Avenue, Shelton, was charged with one count of first-degree failure to appear and one count of second-degree failure to appear on Nov. 16. Bond was $6,000.
