To the Editor:

The seven Democrats from the State of Connecticut in Washington, D.C., have a total of 116 years’ experience representing us. That, unfortunately, has not provided us any protection from local criminals, sky high gas prices or the extreme inflation that we are now experiencing. They refuse to even follow the covenants of the U.S. Constitution which they all swore to uphold and honor each time they were sworn into office.

Not one of them is in favor of closing our southern border that is being invaded by people from more than 150 countries, but they all agreed to mask our kids.

They don't call for the President to stop the candescent transportation of illegal aliens throughout the country at a cost of more than $300 million to date where they are dumped on communities to feed, educate and care for them. They all agree to provide illegal aliens health benefits and services which inner city U.S. citizens will never receive.

Our seven Democrats don't bat an eye about the tremendous amount of Chinese fentanyl that comes over the border, which killed more than 100,000 in 2021 and recently poisoned two teens in Connecticut. Nor are they willing to demand the truth about the origin of the COVID-19 pandemic we are suffering under.

And, they agree it is OK to fire the first responders who braved the COVID crisis and saved us before a vaccine was available who do not want to be vaccinated.

The killing and maiming of inner-city children, border patrol agents, heroic police officers and so many other innocent victims does not motivate them to understand that defunding police and stripping them of their ability to stop petty crimes is not working. These smaller crimes have closed businesses and criminals now commit more major felonies. Our Washington elite celebrate and truly believe that criminal acts which go unpunished are a good thing and they don't lose any sleep over that policy.

Family and religious values are not being protected while we watch criminals and racists groups run our cities. China, Russia, North Korea and other hostile Middle East countries build nuclear weapons and bases to destroy us. Yet they do not want to support Israel, our only ally in the Middle East.

Being blind and deaf to all these things has created a very corrupt, dangerous and dysfunctional society for us and our children. Their legislative records go against the grain of providing a safe, sober and livable society no matter where you reside in Connecticut.

The time has come to remove them from their posts and elect persons who will stand for the simple and very important values of law and order, promoting the U.S. Constitution and laws that protect everyone and great schools no matter where they reside in our state.

On Nov. 8, make the right choice, out with the old and in with the new — vote Line B.
