Republican Ben McGorty easily won the special election for state representative in the 122nd District on Tuesday. He defeated Arlene Liscinsky. Both are Shelton residents.
The district includes parts of three towns — Shelton, Stratford and Trumbull. Shelton makes up most of the district. These results are unofficial.
