Now that Christina Ricci is spending the majority of her time in Los Angeles, she's letting go of her stylish, two-family townhouse in Brooklyn for a relatively reasonable $2,400,000, according to Dirt.

The Emmy-nominated star of "Yellowjackets" has owned the place since 2015, when she picked it up for $1,995,000. Of late, Ricci has assumed the role of landlord. The smaller, garden-level unit went on the rental market in 2019 for $2,700 per month, and the larger, upper-level unit was available in 2020 for $4,700 per month.

The duplex is a row house, originally built in 1901. The two units were renovated under Ricci's ownership, but some of the original features remain, including the fireplaces.

It's a three-story, semidetached building, and it comes with a rare, grassy backyard.

The zoning allows additional square footage to be added in the back, if desired.

The garden-level apartment has one bedroom, one bath, and a great room with a living area and kitchen.

The upper unit spans the top two floors and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There's also a home office that could be repurposed as a third bedroom.

The upper unit also features a recently renovated kitchen with an island and two sinks. The dining room opens to the living room.

The unit receives plenty of light from the numerous windows and a skylight. It also features access to a deck and that bucolic backyard.

The Fort Greene area is a coveted neighborhood, with its historic architecture, spacious park, and plenty of cafes, shops, and cultural venues.

Ricci, 42, has been a hard-working actress since the age of 9. Her young career took off with a star turn as Wednesday Addams in "The Addams Family" films.

She has since starred in numerous films, including "Monster," "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas," and "The Matrix Resurrections."

Among her prominent TV series are "Grey's Anatomy," "The Lizzie Borden Chronicles," and the Showtime hit "Yellowjackets," which has been renewed for a second season.

Ricci's Hollywood hairstylist husband Mark Hampton is also based in Los Angeles.

John Carapella of Compass has the listing.
