Now that Christina Ricci is spending the majority of her time in Los Angeles, she's letting go of her stylish, two-family townhouse in Brooklyn for a relatively reasonable $2,400,000, according to Dirt.
The Emmy-nominated star of "Yellowjackets" has owned the place since 2015, when she picked it up for $1,995,000. Of late, Ricci has assumed the role of landlord. The smaller, garden-level unit went on the rental market in 2019 for $2,700 per month, and the larger, upper-level unit was available in 2020 for $4,700 per month.
The duplex is a row house, originally built in 1901. The two units were renovated under Ricci's ownership, but some of the original features remain, including the fireplaces.
