The Shelton High girls volleyball team swept Wilbur Cross 3-0 (25-7, 25-12, 25-13) in a Southern Connecticut Conference matchup.

Setter Carly Nicholas led the way with 20 assists, eight digs and three aces, while Danielle Kreitler added four assists, three kills and two digs.

Natalie Ferris chipped in with three kills and one block.

Natalie Jimenez paced Wilbur Cross (1-4) with three kills and Lianys Costas notched three aces.

Shelton High improved to 6-2 overall.
