Shelton American Little League baseball results, May 6-13, as follows: Majors Division Majors 5\/6\/13 Stone Garden Farm Brewers 6 vs Chagnon Electric Orioles 4 The Brewers took this Monday night matchup in a close nip and tuck game. For the Orioles, Lucas D\u2019Oliveria and Charlie Chagnon had two hit a piece and Tyler Janik had a big triple in the game. Alex Defroncesca had a nice play to stop a Brewer rally. For the Brew Crew, first baseman, Jeff Mauro, had 3 great fielding play. Nick Guzek pitched a good game for the Brewers and with the tying runs on base, the brewers turned a 4-3-2 double play to end the game. Majors 5\/6\/13 \u2013 Q Gardens Yankees 12 at Woods Insurance White Sox 8 The Yankees won 12-8 on Monday behind the strong hitting performances by the Yanks middle of the order. Starting Pitcher, Max Macchia, went 3 for 4, a double, 2 RBI, and 2 Runs scored but teammate Russell Demarco had two hits of his own a double and a towering home run deep to right in the first inning. The White Sox were hitting well too. Starter, Owen Horne had a triple with 2 runs scored and reliever Joey DeJesus had a triple in the fifth. Majors 5\/10\/13 Chagnon Electric Orioles 7 vs Stone Garden Farm Brewers 8 This Friday night matchup between the Orioles and Brewers was another exciting game close to the end but the Brewers would come out on top again. Lucas D\u2019Oliveria, Keegan Casey, and Ryan Rodko all had hits for the Orioles. Tyler Janik had two doubles in the game and Charlie Chagnon hit his second homer of the season. But Brewers Pitcher Nick Walsh was able to get the outs he needed to get the win for the Brew Crew. Majors 5\/10\/13 Woods Insurance White Sox 8 at Q Gardens Yankees 5 The Yankees lost their first in-league game on Friday to the White Sox. The Yankees did have a couple of great hitting performances by Yankees Justin Barbato 2 for 3, RBI and Nick Dingwall 2 for 3 with a triple and an inside the park home run, 3 RBI and 2 runs scored. But White Sox Pitcher Joey DeJesus shut down the rest of the Yankees line up to go 5 innings for the win. Mike Lockavitch had a triple for the White sox in the win. Coach Pitch CP 5\/14\/13 The Draft House Yankees 22 vs. Monts Mart Red Sox 11 On Tuesday, the Yankees offense was led by Brady Tomassi, Justin Silverstein, and Tommy DeRosa all hit the ball well and Nick Coppolla shined defensively for the winners. Anthony Vocolla stroked a couple of big hits for the Red Sox in the game.
