On Wednesday, the Brewers opened up the final week of the regular season with a win vs the Yankees.

Pitcher Nick Walsh threw a complete game and also hit a three-run home run to power the Brewers and keep their season alive. Brewers leadoff man Michael Rodia was 2-for-2 and scored three runs.

Woods Insurance White Sox 6, Chagnon Electric Orioles 4

Mike Lockavitch got things going for the White Sox with an early two-run home run. Sox pitcher Joey DeJesus had a strong outing on the mound.

Gardens Yankees 3, Stone Garden Farm Brewers 1

The Yankees clinched the division championship in game one on Friday night.

They jumped out to an early 2-0 lead in the first inning — highlighted by Max Macchia’s home run to left.

Brewers’ pitcher Nick Guzek hit a home run as well in the bottom of the inning, but that would be all the scoring for the Brew Crew in this game as Yankee pitcher Justin Barbato would hold them scoreless the rest of the game to seal the win.

White Sox 6, Chagnon Electric Orioles 2

White Sox pitcher Owen Horne pitched a great game.

The only Orioles’ runs would be a first-inning home run by Charlie Chagnon and a late RBI hit by Tyler Janik.

Brewers 16, Yankees 3

The Yankees and Brewers finished off the season in game two, with a notable game from Yankee Robert Mackey (one double, one run, RBI, one stolen, one walk), as well as Brewer hits from Kevin DeRosa, Jeff Mauro, Billy Monahan and two hits from Jon Champagne.

The Orioles finished the season on a high note by winning the last game of the season.

Alex Donfrancesco pitched well for the O’s and Ryan Rodko closed it out.

Bryce Bliska started an eight-run Orioles’ rally with a walk and two stolen bases, Tyler Janik would score the winning run and Charlie Chagnon had two doubles in the game.
